You could go to “school” all day long and broaden your horizons.  In this Ted talk, Yoav Medan talks about the use of ultrasound technology and MRI to perform surgery without cutting into the skin, it creates a lesion through the combined workings of ultrasound and MRI. So fascinating the applications are endless. Maybe it could be used for delicate foot surgery or used for ulcers?
